Thats exactly what I say. If you just need 5HT2A receptor antagonism for anxiety, agitation, insomnia or other non direct psychotic/mania stuff, why not just take Remeron, Serzone or Trazadone? As Tye mentioned, all three of these antidepressants antagonise 5HT2A. Remeron in particular does it real real good. Why risk EPS and even TD by going the atypical anti-psychotic route?Old School
