This is not true. Stims are being used to counteract side effects of other meds (such as my case) and there is no need to hide this.
Though the script must be on that special paper, it can be refilled, or at the very least, a full 90 days can be filled at once in NY state.
So, they're not as mysterious, or difficult to get legally, as one might think.
