Thank you so MUCH to those who've posted about their elavil experience. The sedation has been so terrible, I've been on the verge of stopping the med. But I'll give it the 2 weeks my doc has asked for. Your posts have helped me hang in and have hope. MANY THANKS. By the way... I'm taking it just for pain so I may not need to get to a high dose. I'm treating my depression with effexor.
