Birthday blues

Hey all,
"It's my party and I'll cry if I want to."
My haze is thick, run out of Effexor because I took way too much of it when I was hypomanic/manic. (Triple dosed it some days.)
And the Olanzapine is doing nothing but drive my appetite.
So, as I sit at the computer, singing happy birthday to myself in a mournful way, I wonder what on earth this is all about.
Don't want to bring anyone down, but I'm feeling a bit sorry for myself I guess. The big 25 years today and I have a string of hospitalizations behind me already and my meds are being changed once again. Will start Trileptal tommorow, fish oil and get another script for Effexor.
Oh well.
