Try to call that other doc and explain the situation and see if he/she will help you. This sounds horrible. If it gets to bad, to the point of any suicidal ideations, please call a crisis number.........please. This will pass, it always does. It just doesn't seem like it. I have many days like this myself. They suck! The answer is somewhere. You just have to power through till you get there hun. Hang in there!!!!
