If what you typed is correct - you said you were on *only* 3 mg of Lexapro, then it might not be necessary to taper off such a low dose.
HOWEVER, if you meant to type 30 as in THIRTY mg of Lexapro, then gee, your pdoc SHOULD have tapered you off! just my humble opinion
