Wellbutrin is very subtle. I did lose weight on it and I didn't suffer from anorgasm. It is not a quick fix. I didn't notice an elevated mood so much as I noticed the absence of negative thoughts and emotions. Wellbutrin is virtually side effect free. It's difficult to believe it's actually doing anything, because you don't notice it. Go for the 8-week trial. I didn't experience ANY withdrawal from it.
