The dysfunctions Dr. Amen shows with brain regions other than the pre-frontal cortex normally involve hyperperfusion.

What kind of health care professional orchestrated your SPECT imaging?

Anyway, I hope the neurologist helps you out with this. Hang in there, you've got a picture showing what is involved with your problems now! That should give you a giant edge up over the medication "roulette wheel".
