Hi Ilene,
When it comes to the B vitamins I believe you are right that it is the B-6 that is the important one. But I think that the B vitamins act more effectively as a group so that's the rationale for the "B-100 complex". That's the name to look for. There's a lot of brands, I'm taking "Nature's Way" because it's a capsule.
I'm going to ask my p-doc about dividing the dose too.
