Is Paxil known for killing ones motivation??

It seems in the past few weeks that I have been taking Paxil CR that my work ethic / motivation/ ability to concentrate (whatever you want to call it) has drastically lessened. I am having a really tough time getting done what needs to get done.

Is this a side effect specific to Paxil?

Is this a side effect of all SSRI's?
