hello, just wanted to say that you may want to ask your pdoc about adding a mood stablizer drug, like lamictal or zyprexa (dont like zyprexa) but it helps with the jitteryness of paxil. I have social phob. too and Ive been taking lamictal and effexor, but i'm going to the pdoc next week to ask for paxil. Also, I understand your frustration with MAOI's, my doc doesnt know enough about it to prescribe it...
