It depends. What were your symptoms like prior to going on paxil? Did your depression present like this? You could be too much or too little. Depression causes concentration problems and apathy. My hunch is your having a side effect from the paxil. Sounds like SSRI induced apathy, somnolence and confusion. Talk to you doctor about what your experiencing.
