When my pDoc and I first tried Seroquel for sleep, it was only 25mg and I didn't really get any benefit from it. After trying Remeron (weight gain) and Topamax (no real sleep benefit), I tried 75mg (three 25's...).

IT WORKED!

Since 100mg tabs are a better 'buy' I now take a 100mg tab each night before I go to bed. It doesn't 'knock' me out, but I do get through the night better than before. I'm also able to sleep longer than I would normally if I so desire...

It'll be interesting to see if 25mg is enough to do anything for you or not.
