The absolute best replacement therapy to stop smoking IMO is Nictrol Nasal SPRAY (NS). This is not the one you puff on, it's the nose spray. I could not have quit smoking without it.
Why do I think it works so well? Well, because it is so rapidly absorbed in the nasal passages, it HITS you just like a drag on a cigarette. Thus you get an instant nicotine fix.
Drop the gum, the patch, the losenges and go with the nasal spray. It works (but it's not cheap). ;)
