I agree with Azure on Nicotrol Nasal Spray, with one big exception -- there is *nothing* better than using the nasal spray *in conjunction* with the Nicotrol Inhaler! The inhaler addresses "hand-to-mouth gratification" issues that smokers have, while the nasal spray does not. I quit smoking about six months ago very easily and painlessly using both treatments together.
