Hi:
I'm glad your med. combo. has been helping a bit by a bit.
In regard to 'fatigue,' I suspect on Zyprexa doing, because as you might have already noticed the effect of this med., it DOES make you 'sedating'/sleepy, ... in other word, makes you fatigued. But, in my case, it went away as time passed by, ... probably over the period of two or three weeks.

Also, other med. about which I wondered in my previous post, ... if this med. is 'Benzo,' it might be hard to taper off in case you want to get off it on the road ahead, ... I never did experience, but I heard of it.
For me, Serzone offers me good effect for both, Anxiety, sleep good and depressive side of my Bp. However, this med. has 'Black-Box'/Liver issue' warning, then you NEED really to be cautious before taking this med. For me, there is NO problem whatever, ... actually I love this med. Also, the generic form, 'Nefazodone' is about a half the price of Serzone and VERY affordable med. Just in case, ... if there is *NO* any other med. for your anxiety-problem, try to ask your pdoc. at your next appt. Because, seeing that Abilify is a sort stimulant effect not to sleep well during the night, Serzone might be a good choice, ... rather than the one you are on, 'Halcinon.' But, I have no idea to say whether this med. is good for you as seeing there is some conflicting opinion on this med., Serzone, like some happy and some unhappy in regard to its effectiveness.

Also, another thing, ... as to 'energy,' I believe that Abilify is helpful on this dept., but you may ALSO need anti-depressant for that symptom. Because, the depressive feelings causes you 'tired,' ... not physically but your mind/brain causing this.

However, before jump in any conclusion, you may need more time for the current med. combo. to work on you more effectively.
H.G.
