Abilify has helped me tremendously with my OCD. and that is saying a lot, b/c i have pure obsessional OCD. i have never tried Zyprexa, though, so i can't compare the two for you. i have tried Risperdal, but i couldn't go high enough w/ getting sooo tired. i have tried both Gabitril and Neurontin, but never at the same time. i agree both work very well for anxiety.
