Is anyone aware of (and have any information to support this) any medications or substances that may often be effective for helping with excessive (/obsessive) perfectionism, other than SSRIs (which have failed to help that much)? i have OCPD and suffer from uncanny perfectionism and associated qualities (though certainly not ever coming close to being any kind of "perfect" or having being self-efficacious by any means). Sorry, this post is probably too tedious to read. Darnit, nevermind.
But yeah, is there any way to help this cursed cognitive state?
i doubt there is any good answer to this question, but i appreciate any attempts. Thanks.
