Hi,
Yes if SSRis and other serotonergics (Effexor/Anafranil) do not work, I'm afraid the best medications that would provide an immediate and powerful indifference feeling (which would certainly kill perfectionism) are the APs old and new...but they have their own powerful side effects ...(maybe Sulpiride/Amisulpride are the cleanest and least likley to cause AP's famous side effects)
