Hmm, perhaps you meant to say 25mg. It would be pretty impressive if it was effectively treating your pain at 25mg! If you *are* taking 25mg, I suppose you could decrease to 15mg. I'm not sure whether you've got the 15mg 'sprinkle' caps in Canada. I suppose you will have because we've got them here
...............Topamax 15mg comes as an exciting 'sprinkle' capsule, you can swallow the capsule whole or you can open it and sprinkle the contents on soft food. In the UK, the sprinkle caps come in 15mg, 25mg and 50mg strengths.

I hope my post makes sense. I took 10mg diazepam for my exam this afternoon and I went to the bar afterwards (no more exams till August). I'm feeling a bit cognitively impaired myself lol :-)
