I took Ambien a while ago. It didn't work longer than 3 hours. I have resterol, which is an old drug, but it worked for me, but she didn't want me to take it until I could figure out if the zanax during the day was making a difference. I think she is hoping that reduced daytime anxiety would make for better sleep.
I'm hoping too.
