I had been on 20 mg. Prozac for 15 years and it quit working. I asked my pdoc to put me on 40 mg. and he said no because it might cause anxiety. So, he put me on Cymbalta. I was on 40 mg. years ago and it made me nervous and jumpy. The 20 mg. dosage didn't do that.
