Does it seem right to try treating fatigue with Provigil when it is known that the fatigue is from auto-immune illnesses? Both doctors gave me samples but I have been reluctant to try them, as I am already on so many medications. Your thoughts??

I dont know anyone with Rheumatoid arthritis or Sjögren's, but I do know that Provigil has proven useful in boosting energy in people with Lupus, CFS and Fibromyalgia, so perhaps its worth a try.
I use it PRN on days when my CFS symptoms are bothering me and it does help me get my work done and is not too bothersome as far as S/E's.
