Not sure if you've had the surgery yet since the posts are from last week, but I've had elective and emergency surgery while on Parnate with no problems at all. As long as everyone on staff knows, you will be fine.

The dentist can give you novacaine, just without the epinepherine. I've had this several times. The numbness does not last as long because the vasoconstrictor had been removed from the formula, but it still works. Make sure to speak to any dentist about Parnate first. I'm fortunate that my dentist has a sister who also suffers from depression and he has been one of the only dentists who knows how to work around my MAOi.

Good luck with the wrist. I broke mine in March and it still hurts sometimes. Mine was a clean, easy fracture with no problems and I know how awful it was, so I feel for you.
