In your situation, if the depression or anxiety is not being handled completely at 75mg, I would take it up to 90mg.I have never taken Zyprexa, but I would think that unless you are bipolar or have psychotic depression, it might not be the best augmentor. I do take a small dose of quetiapine(Seroquel)-25mg to counteract the insomnia induced by Nardil. At this low dosage quetiapine has an antagonistic effect on the histamine H1 receptor, which accounts for its beneficial effect on insomnia. At higher dosages this med can affect the dopamine and serotonin receptors.
