I have been on 4 mg for 10 years now and I started coming off it a while ago and got down to 3.5 mg and that's where I am at now. I should keep going down, but I haven't. When it was prescribed I was dealing with being raped and I couldn't sleep or live without intense anxiety.
New goal ... continue to come off clonazepam.

Examples (after starting clonazepam) have been Nardil + Lamictal/+ Provigil/+ Wellbutrin. And now Buspar + Lofepramine (I'm still on clonazepam 1.5mg/day).
