I haven't tried Lamictal, but I experienced irritability on both of the mood stabilizers that I've taken up to this point (lithium and Depakote). So, it doesn't come to me as much of a surprise that another mood stabilizer could cause anger in some individuals. It does sort of seem paradoxical, though, as a "mood stabilizer" sounds like a type of medication that would be calming. Not with me, though!
