I use 50-100 mg of Tramadol.

A couple of things set Tramadol apart from regular opiates

1. Tramadol has SNRI qualities, inhibiting reuptake of seratonin and norepinephrine.
2. Tramadol is also a NMDA antagonist, which means it works on one of the key neurotransmitters implicated in OCD.

All around its a pretty good antidepressant and analgesic.
