I don't think ECT will give more awareness. It is likely to make you very unaware. Blank thoughts/memories. I doubt it will help ADHD. I had ECTs and they were about the worst thing I ever did in psychiatry. I litteraly don't remember much from the time around and before ECT. They probably gave me around 50 of them. I awoke from one of the last ones thinking I had just been born, and not reconising what I was looking at it was a radio of some sort and I didn't know what it was.

I think you should try some thing else, unless you want to forget everything. I belive that all stimulants are bad for the heart. Maybe you could take some blood pressure meds with it? And or take a med like zyprexa to slow you down from the stims.

Why can't you go back to adderall?
