Remeron is good for augmenting SSRIs, it has properties that counteracts nausea and GI problems, it increases libido and often reverses the sexual side effects from SSRIs. And it's good for sleep. Not to forget its antidepressant qualities which puts it in the top.
Not so useful for anxiety, atleast not for me, but I don't longer feel the antihistamine effect either. I have taken Remeron for a very long time at most doses.
To start with, 15-30mg should do it./tensor
