Anyone know bout 'non steroidal anti inflammatory'

Which one is the best and is ist safe for me to take with my cocktail?

I dont take Nortriptyline anymore. I figured i may try again when my Antipsychotics are down. Right now, the Nortriptyline weight gain and Antipsychotic weight gain combined is too much!!

schizo-affective, type depressive
Seroquel 700mg
Zyprexa 12.5mg
Effexor 37.5mg
Nortriptyline 25mg
Metformin 2000 to 2425mg
Lithium orotate 360mg
