2 weeks on NSI-189. Remarkable.

This is affecting me differently than anything else I've ever taken in the past 15 years.

With a couple minor exceptions, my depression is gone. Completely.

Here's the weird thing, though. I'm thinking about things differently. I'm less cynical. I think about other people's feelings more. It feels like my emotional intelligence has shot up.

This could all be placebo. I didn't get any placebo effects from anything else, though. Just disappointment. I really wasn't expecting much from this drug.

On the downside, I feel a bit lazy on this drug. I also now suddenly want to quit my job and just travel.

another weird thing - my vision, which used to be perfect but went to sh*t in my mid 40s has improved slightly.

Still having very vivid dreams on this stuff.

Not taking anything else currently.

And still nobody knows the MOA of this drug. If NeuralStem knows, they aren't disclosing it. It has no or very weak binding affinities for 900 known receptor types.
