We use CBD oil in our home for nervousness, pain and mood. It is helpful. But one drop? We started with a half dropper. But we really need a whole dropper and maybe another one a couple hours later. Everyone is different though.
In my previous babble days I probably would have had to start with one drop also because I was so darn sensitive to everything. That's part of the lyme spectrum, the sensitivity thing is lyme. Treatment with antibiotics pretty much got rid of that aspect of my health problems and now I am not nearly so sensitive to things anymore.
CBD oil should be a first-line medication as far as I am concerned.
Doctors should not be writing prescriptions for anything until they have exhausted other common sense effective things such as CBD, gluten free meals, low sugar, and dense nutrient intake. That is my opinion. Emergency situations are of course different.
I know two people who were lifelong psych patients including being institutionalized for a time. They both run normal lives now. The only thing that changed is they consume large amounts of marijuana. They developed a tolerance so they don't get high, they don't get red, glass eyes, they just get their functional lives back.
