The difficulty is in seeing a doctor face to face. If I had benefits, then a trial and error process of $thousands in various creams and powders would be fine. Because I'm paying out of pocket, I really want to get the diagnosis right.
At this stage, I am fine with taking oral antifungals, but I don't think that an online doctor will prescribe them (the last doctor said that bloodwork needed to be done first, and they might interact with other meds).
To be honest, I'd stop all other meds, if it was necessary to get rid of this.
