i have to say, with impressed magnesium is good at relaxation. I take higher doses, like around 1000-2000mg and it defeintly works as a natural anti-anxiety and good for the nerves. If you want to have help over the counter for anxiety - magnesium is a good recommedation. Take it at higher doses, that's usally when it produces a calming effect. The calming effect is not like benzos, its more like lithium but for the nerves
