i'm starting to depend on magnesium, i go through the day, my anxiety starts up, get the sting feeling, then finally i take my dose of magnesium, a large dose, and then nerves calm down. I shouldnt be taking supra-dosing of it, but when i take 2000mg of magnesium, it's miracle with relieving part of anxiety in nerve. It really does have nerve-promoting effects, in a natural way. I can feel my nerves stablize after i take a large dose of magnesium. But this is not, the medical doseage of think is below a 1000mg. I've had to take more than 1000mg to get anxiety, somewhat manageable. It's a natural alternative. But i don't want to depend on it, espcially at higher doses. I feel it stablize nerve pathways, it's nice.
