Its weird, beta blockers seem to disturb sleep more often than help. At least that is the conclusion of my searches. I wonder if I should really ask for Zolpidem. I don't want to kill someone driving my car while I am asleep. Id rather have a slightly higher addiction risk with Lorazepam. These nasty side effects happen to some people. I am proof. Zopiclon doesn't work for me. I will probably get a mixture of 0,5 Lorazepam and 120mg Prothipendyl and hope that is enough. Its two days a week. I train weights 3 days a week, at least one day off in between. So I will hit the weights twice during the week and once on the weekend. On the weekend I can work out in the morning.
Seroquel 700mg
Zyprexa 22.5mg
Lithium 225mg
Metformin 2000mg
