Yep, you are not alone!
I cant put my finger on exactly why exactly I dont feel so good with B complex's, but I certainly feel better when I stop taking them.
If you scan back over the past couple of months, i'm sure there was a thread about this with others commenting similarly.
My opinion for what its worth, is if you feel lousy taking something then its probably your body telling you that it doesnt need them!
