Hey fayeroe,

I thought of something...I was at the health food store the other day, and totally forgot about TINCTURES...that's another way to take some of these herbs and such, without dealing with some of their side effects, because you take them sublingually (under the tongue), or put a few drops in a little water and drink it.

I take my B vitamins, eve. primrose oil, and others this way to avoid all the stomach upset from the many supplements I take.

Just thought I'd mention it!
