My brain fog is better - but why?

Posted by karaS on September 17, 2004, at 1:27:57

My brain fog was really bad up until last week. I haven't changed supplementation much other than adding more magnesium recently and adding more chromium a couple of weeks earlier. I'm on more of a stable sleep schedule currently (although I have been on a more stable sechedule in the past which didn't help all that much) and I've got a lot more anxiety.

Anyone have any opinions on whether any or all of these factors might be involved? Could the anxiety be forcing the concentration/focus? Does that make any sense at all?

I need to understand whatever is behind this so I can try to keep it going.
