> My brain fog was really bad up until last week. I haven't changed supplementation much other than adding more magnesium recently and adding more chromium a couple of weeks earlier. I'm on more of a stable sleep schedule currently (although I have been on a more stable sechedule in the past which didn't help all that much) and I've got a lot more anxiety.

If your brain cells were getting less than the desired amount of glucose, then you were running on fumes. Magnesium is just an all-around essential element. More than half of North Americans are deficient in it, and I think the proportion in the fatigued populations is even higher still.
Anxiety ought to be reduced with magnesium supps. Hard to say how that fits into the pattern. It may be a sign your adrenals are rebounding. Make sure you get your pantothenate and vitamin C levels up.....feed your adrenals.
