Looks like carnitine is a good one for me then too.
I've had to use cortisol for inflammation in the past week after going off all supps for a break.
I need a lot less than previously though, so maybe my adrenals are recovering. I also don't have the symptoms of low adrenals ..like shaking, vomiting etc..which is good.Any combo you have worked out for this . I've still to go back thru your old posts and make a list of any combo that didn't work :-)
I seem to be needing the methyl factors, glutathione(from the foods I was craving) and carnitine sounds like something I may need more of too.
So far all I've tried is l-lysine (by itself or with l-tyrosine)..but L-lysine taken like this didn't seem to have any effect at all.Jan
