Magnesium taurate is so expensive! At least at the shop I hit yesterday. I ended up getting citrate, I think. I went there looking specifically for taurate. I read that doses of 1250 mg. are optimal, something like that, and the stuff I found wouldn't even have lasted a month!I suppose I should check online, but that was something of a bummer.
So it works noticeably and well for you?
