HiI take a homeopathic magnesium
(sorry Larry :) )
and find it pretty calming. It is called Magnesium Phosphate in HOMEOPATHIC form. You can usually get it at a helath food store.
If you go to the library or Barnes & Noble, browse through a copy of "Everbody's Guide to Homeopathic Medicines". it gives you a base understanding as to what homeopathics are. I have been using them for 20 years. Some with seemingly no effect, others with GREAT effect. Like everything, it depends. but it may be worth looking into.
