I haven't tried Gaba, magnesium, or taurine but I've heard a lot about gaba and have been wanting to try it. Do you think 750 mg would be good for my situation? I know I should go to the doc but I keep convincing myself it's not serious enough to warrant medication, but obviously it is.I know magnesium can help w/ depression but I didn't know it had anti-anxiety effects, so I may try that. Have you taken it, what was your experience? I appreciate the reply!!
