Trying the patch and my vitamin supplements. I do smoke less, but still can't kick the habit completely no matter what I try. Lately, I have become less of a chain smoker. With the patch, I went from smoking two packs down to one pack or less per day. With the supplements I have less mood swings during the day, and so I won't smoke as much. I started smoking at 29 when my bipolar started to get much worse. I didn't know what I was getting into. I'm 39 now and still smoking. If anybody has any secrets to quitting smoking, I would love to hear them. The patch is good for reducing chain smoking, but it never got me off the smokes completely. Any herbs (besides lobelia) that may have helped you with smoking?? Would love to hear any and all comments.
