Thanks for your support. I really appreciate it. I have really felt the support from people on this website, and I'm very grateful for all of you out there in cyberspace. I don't feel so alone anymore. As far as the smoking, my family really supports me and cares that I do stop now before health issues start to emerge, probably in about ten years from now when I am around 50. I haven't really discovered a fool-proof method for successfully quitting. There is a lot of quackery out there for smoking cessation methods. I don't waste my money, but what I would like to see more of on the internet are personal experiences with smoking rather than mostly an abundance of advertisements or a slew of different sites that exhibit the exact same article word for word. It's amazing. Have you seen this before? As if they cut and paste it from different websites. I'm not impressed. I think it's going to be a real struggle to quit smoking, but somewhere along the line I have to ask myself, how much do I value my life? And what changes in my life will get me to finally quit for good? What will motivate me ? I am going to try different herbs to see which ones will ease the withdrawal? My mission is to invent an herbal formula that works for me because quite frankly, I don't trust the products out there work for everybody. I think you need an herbal formula tailored for the individual, which means experimenting on yourself or seeing a homeopathic doctor, which could be expensive, I think. I chose a terrible vice to involve myself in. Will have to find a way out eventually. Thanks again for your support.
