I work out as much as I can keep myself motivated , usually 4 - 7 days per week...running plus lifting. I'm noticing improvement but lately I've found myself browsing all the different shakes, pills, and bars they have in the gym's store on the way out. How helpful really are these items? Are they worth it? If so, what are the best and what are they the best FOR? thanks so much.
