hi-- i looked through the archives to see if there have been posts on pilates, but i couldn't find much.
i've read that pilates is supposed to strengthen your abs/flatten your stomach and make your legs leaner. has anyone done pilates, stuck with it, and seen these results? are there weight benefits involved with pilates?
i just started a beginner's DVD-- 25 min sessions-- this weekend. i like the exercises and see how they could help with posture, definitely. the toning and stuff i'm less sure of and would like to know the time frame if anyone knows.
