I have been going to a Pilates class as often as I can (long story), and love it. I highly recommend that you go to a class, though, either as well as or instead of the video. Just having it in a class with other people is good for you.
While I haven't seen any tummy flattening -- and remember I'm suffering greatly from refeeding syndrome right now -- I have been aware of how much stronger I feel when I've been able to make it there a couple of times in a week.
